Learning in community.

Group Sessions.

Practice together whilst building community and collectively easing the mind and body. Yoga can be a powerful way to bring your team together and boost morale. I have supported team wellbeing programs both in person and online via Zoom.

Workshops.

Short but dedicated time on specific topics can be a great way to dive into a subject. This is especially useful for studios or organisations focussed on wellbeing. I have led workshops on everything from the science and stories of Surya Namaskar and reflective journalling to Marma Points in Ayurveda and Self Massage with meditation.

 

Therapies.

Offering therapies as part of a retreat or wellbeing weekend is a great addition to a well rounded stay. As a therapist, I can offer several Ayurvedic treatments and massage based facials. Running my own clinic means I can take these modalities anywhere.

 

Events.

Being a part of a bigger events is exciting and a good way to meet like minded people so I’m always up to be a part of them! I’ve led plenty of Asana classes at festivals, self massage workshops and meditations.
